What is Development Management?

Development management sits at the strategic and commercial heart of your project. Where a project manager focuses on delivery, a development manager focuses on the overall commercial outcome — ensuring the project is viable, correctly structured, and positioned to succeed before a shovel hits the ground.

2. Strategy & Health Check We review feasibility, programme, procurement strategy and key risks — and give you an honest picture of where things stand.

3. Detailed Scope We agree services, deliverables, timelines and fees. Engagements can be structured as lump sums, monthly retainers, or milestone-based — whichever suits your project.

4. Execution Day-to-day development management, with proactive reporting and direct access to the person leading your project.
